this is 100% a mod conflict. im asking here in case anyone else has had similar issues and how they solved it. the "haul+" options to "fill empty urgently" or whatever on stockpiles (which i swear was there on my laptop. desktop was getting fixed) no longer shows up. i've tried a couple different load orders, including as high on the list as it can go and as low (after Rocketman), but dont seem to be able to get it to show up anymore. are there any known incompatibilities or load order issues that may cause this? that or im going mad and this was never a feature. i know its a long shot but i figure there's no harm in asking on the off chance someone else happens to have had the exact same issue and fixed it.
