Does using the editor negate achievements?
I've used other mods and gotten achievs before, and using this in-game was the only time I didn't get a completion achievement, just need a confirmation for the future so I don't try any shortcuts for awards.

Knowing IGE is the mega cheat mod for Civ, what defines an achievement?
If I ever had to choose between IGE and achievements, I'd choose IGE anytime.
