Sorry if this has already been covered, I couldn't find anything on the net about it.

The IGE screen takes up half my screen on my 15" lappy, means I cant place units in the bottom half early game.
Is there any way I can make it smaller? I can't seem to find an option for it!

On my fellas 13" touch screen it is a lot smaller - a much more manageable size. I've tried playing as he does with the "windows 8 touch enabled" option, but no change (except now everything else is bigger! :| )


((Also, I think this is a long shot, but can I force another country's settlers to... well settle? Fed up of my team-mate (looking at you Netherlands!-.-) placing their cities in stupid places! I'd just take them over if it wouldn't affect my biz!))
