Can you make Silencer Attactments on a weapon count as Suppresed?
As the name says, is it possible to make a Silencer Attactment count as Suppressed? What I mean by this, is if I put a silencer on my weapon, but have the Silencer attachment specified to be Suppressed, would it make my gun count as Suppressed as well? Or can only guns be specified as Suppressed?

like from the customizable weaponary addon? yes it works i tried and the other enemy didnt hear.

I use TFA and I tried it and I think you can only make the whole gun silent :(

I added compatibility with TFA and ArcCW a long time ago. MW base compatibility is iffy because of how the base handles attachments. I do plan to support Arc9.

Has Ar9 been given support yet? And if So, does the GSR USP work with it's automatic silencer?

Arc9? Yeah, it's supported. As for the "GSR USP", you're gonna have to be more specific, I don't know what addon that's from.
