A: Just like any other gamemode, going tovthe bottom right and selecting it from the gamemode box. It should say sandbox by default, and final frontier if you've selected it right

A: get on the elevated platform on a terminal and hold crouch, you Will "grab" onto the station and take half damage at worse case scenario
