hello there, thanks for your mods. just wanted to ask, will it work fine with Powerful Faction Bases? If not, is it possible to have a patch?

It is not really possible, as the concept is fundamentally differently.
You can only select THIS or THAT mod. Sorry, but I don't know how a patch should be possible..
