In the current state of the addon it still works with Norsca DLC and patches on the Wood elves, but as stated there is a bug that allows Norsca and Wintertooth to conquer any settlement instead of the occasional major city and coastal towns .....,

i have seen (using Pack File Manager program) that there are already some lines about the Norsca in the addon via the culture_settlement_occupation_options_tables database, but i really have no idea what i'm doing :p,

if somebody has any knowledge on how to test and apply a fix we are all happy to hear it :) , or it would be nice from Ryu to come out of retirement ^^ .
