trying push on peak has the insurgent bots stand still unless provoked when spawned

The issue on Peak seems to be caused by this...
CSoundEmitterSystemBase::GetParametersForSound: No such sound bot.security_sub.begininvestigate
I'll be checking the other modes & maps to see if this error happens elsewhere.

I may also release a hotpatch that removes Peak for now.

Apologies for the silence. My computer hasn't been working properly. While I do have the files for the update, I need to fix my computer before I can do the finishing changes and upload the files.
