Instead of making this based around bonk, even though that is a good idea, maybe it could swing really fast, but do low damage.

Maybe it could provide slightly reduced effect of bonk while active (greatly reduced damage around %50 and maybe slightly increased move speed, but really poor damage). Could be more of a survival tool.
+ Mini-crits become critical hits
- 15% slower firing speed
- 20% damage penalty vs. players
On Kill: Apply either a Bonk or Crit-a-Cola effect (random)
+10% slower firing speed
+On Hit: -1.5 second of recharge time on single-use secondary (Bonk! Atomic Punch, Crit-a-Cola, Flying Guillotine, Mad Milk)
+15% swing speed
-40% damage
+30% bigger knockback on hit
- +15% blast damage vulnerability
Stats:

Pros:
+25% weapon switch speed.
+30% damage bonus (So it does the normal melee damage instead of Scout's 35)

Cons:
While Active:
+20% damage vulnerability to ranged sources.
-25% damage to buildings.
On kill:
+15% move speed...
uber...
+50% swing speed...
...for 4 seconds

-25% Damage
+100% Damage taken by everything, when active
no random crits
pros

+100 nock back
+can be used while bonked

cons

-85% damage
-25%less damaged while bonked
On hit: Stuns for 7 seconds.
Can be used under the effects of Bonk! Atomic Punch.

-80% damage
-20% weapon switch
