You can go to YouTube, but it's also right under the main picture on the main page

As someone being invited what should happen on my side when I accept the invite?
Nedge 15 Jun, 2017 @ 4:05am
Your youtube video is incredibly unclear, and looks to have a sharp cut right as the other player is invited to the game. How long do we have to wait for the "History transfer"? What state should the invitee be in their game? Should they see anything other then the game invite? These questions need to be answered because as far as most people can tell you accept the game invite and then stare at the screen for 20 minutes hoping for something to happen and nothing ever does. No errors, no messages, no nothing.

Same problem as Nedge.
This would be nice if it could be answered.
So removing all mods and all dlc and while also deleting the config file that xcom has in "documents/mygames" every time you try to start a connection attempt over, should make the coop work according to the mod authors of this mod.
But the truth is. It doesn't.
There is a 1% chance that you *may* just get into a game and even if you do the game will have bugs in those missions too, including a sync bug that makes it impossible to play at all even if the other player trying to join by some merical can join in after knowing the host is already in game having waited for over 10mins.

So when I told the devs that this was a thing, they deleted my post.
So here I am going like, "huh, didn't want anyone to know about that huh?" I'm questioning their validity and compadibity to actual feedback and critizism of their mod.

If it works for them, then they should make it crystal clear how to make it work in a video and NOT be vague about it.
♥♥♥♥♥♥ practicies like this is unfortnutely very common these days.
Glad the damn ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥(gofundme) didn't go though as the actual xcom team shut them down.

The only time we delete a post is if we answer a question over 100 times. Elad and I test this every month to ensure it works with any new Firaxis patches. As long as you don't use any DLC and follow the videos, you'll be fine.

I was informed of this, but despite deletting all mods and ran the vanilla game without any DLC as well, it still didn't work.

@Revixy I just sent you a friend invite. I can't do it tonight, but let's play a match soon! We haven't been following LW2 as closely as vanilla XCOM 2, so there is always a chance that they recently changed something.

Sure.
It would require I delete all DLC and mods again.
But if you can give me an insight to why it wasn't running, then that would be helpful.

You don't have to delete the, just "uncheck" them in Steam. Patches are constantly going out, so it's very likely we missed something. It's about time for our monthly verification check anyway.
Revixy™ 9 Oct, 2017 @ 7:11pm
Ah, I see.
So I don't need to delete DLC either I assume?

I never do. I just uncheck the box on the Steam page for the DLC.
Revixy™ 10 Oct, 2017 @ 2:47am
Yea, but by doing so, it delete's the DLC'es unchecked in the steam Library, doesn't it?
