This is 99% a problem at your end, disable all mods but this one + what packs are required. Then establish that the mod works and add the mods you wanna run with it, a few at the time, until you have found the mod that conflict with this.

This is a result of us having made a mistake, please let us know in the comments. And please tell us which settlement this happened at, and which race was controlling the settlement at that time!

The mod does not contain the number of maps required to cover the entire campaign map. Some maps are therefore used as placeholders, for maps to come. This means that you can get a map with a name that does not fit the settlement you are attacking/defending. Make a cool map for us and it might take the place of one of these settlements! The last picture in the thumbnail shows where maps have been implemented!

This could be caused by too many mods being active at the same time. Try disabeling all other mods to see if it still happens. If it still happens after then, try deleting the mod, and resubscribing.

This could be caused by you lacking the right maps, make sure that your all Required Settlement Packs are enabled and up to date.

Last resort is to delete the mod and the settlement packs and redownload. This should remove problems related to either a map pack or the mod being out of date.
