The Question of probable stupidity - Is This Client-Side?
It most likely is not, but if it is, I'm subscribing RIGHT AWAY. I've been looking for client-side NPC Spawners and I can't get much. So yeah. Any responses will be very much appreciated. :steamhappy:

no. However I do supply a /spawnnpc command in starbounds.log files that you can use when you export the npc.

And that being said, the spawned npcs themselves will work independent of this mod.

And while I could now technically make this client-side, I will not. Making it client-side would put many public servers at risk of people using this mod for trolling and harassing purposes and I don't want to enable that behavior.

Ah, k, because I was wanting to make a giant apartment complex and/or homeless shelter for the galaxy on a server. Eh, alright then.

theres a specific spawner object that is a near invisible 1x1 dot which will do the trick for you. You can also use the ./detach command on the spawner gui to break the spawner while keeping the npc in place.
