When to use Force Lightning vs Force Choke?

force choke is CC. amazing for neutralizing sappers.

force choke is a stun on mechs for some reason and it stuns for so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ long.
force lightning does more damage and has a longer range though.
force drain has the shortest range but deals around the same damage as force lightning (on master level it heals the caster the same as a lvl two force heal)

Note that at master level you kind of flip the roles since master level choke is an insta kill.
