Force Choke vs Force Lightning Damage
So it appears that force lightning does 22 damage throughtout all three ranks. Force choke increases in damage to a total of 40 at rank 3. At rank 3 force choke does 40 damage on a 5 second cool down while lightning does 22 on a 7 second cool down. Am I missing something or is there no reason to pick up force lightning?

Each rank of lightning adds an extra lightning bolt. Tier 2 fires 2 bolts for 22 damage each. Tier 3 fires 3 bolts for 22 damage each, for a total of 66 damage.
