[SOLVED] Force Powers Not Working
I have a colonist whose been leveling up for a while now. I gave him all the light powers I could (and some lightsaber skills, those are cool) but the skills never do anything. Force pool isn't drained, the colonist doesn't do anything. Tried mixing around with having him drafted/undrafted, lightsaber equipped/unequipped, crystal turned on/off. Nothing seems to work. I've seen some others having this problem as well. Wondering if anyone has come up with a solution yet. Thanks alot!

Edit: The conflicting mod was CQC Takedown.

Is the colonist wearing a shield belt or something similar? Those prevent powers from being used.

I took off the shield belt when a message said that they were preventing force powers. Still nothing. I started a new game with some force sensitive colonists and still got nothing from their powers. However, I noticed some other mods powers weren't working either. Perhaps the problem is more systemic.

Pretty sure its a mod conflict issue. I had the same issue and I removed all mods but all the star wars ones are the force powers worked. I have no idea what mod caused it since I had like 50 mods.

I found the mod that was causing the conflict. It's the CQC Takedown mod themed after Metal Gear Solid. Somehow that mod changed how pawns use powers, and screwed everything else up. So yeah, get rid of CQC takedown if you have this issue.

Huh I was using that one too, what a shame since its a pretty cool mod.

Sadly i removed that mod but that didnt help...

If you have another mod that adds abilities that might be it. Like the glory kill mod or the cult mod.

maybe the witcher trails but im not sure if they even have abilitiess (im not far enough in the mod yet)
