First off, i do not mod, nor do i know how difficult or time consuming it is, but would it be possible to save a bill for future use in another colony? Like a bank to store your custom bills for fast and easy transfer between games?

For example, You make a very specific bill for making clothes with different materials, that took you ages to get perfect, and would like to use it in another colony after you finish this one.

Or have have a detail clothing bill that you use commonly for apparel that you only want to use specific materials and have a tantrum induced colonist destroy the bench, leaving you to reset all of the parameters. Thought it might be a good idea if possible.
