Can you clarify how the metal/crystal/obs abundance numbers work? at 100 stone abundance, and 1 metal/crystal/obs does it generate 100 stone, 1 crystal, 1 metal, 1 obsidian every cycle?

relative abundances, the actual numbers are random 50% to 100% of these. The actual figure is also varied according to the zone density and distance from the zone center.
