Here are my stats (Hope you enjoy)

(+) 5 Bullets in clip (1 -> 6)
(+) 50% damage on headshots
(-) 50% slower reload speed
(-) -35% damage on bodyshots
My idea for stats:
Hold fire to load up to 4 bullets which are released in rapid succession (Beggars bazooka)
Can save the bullets for a limited time
Must be charged to headshot (Still have to scope in to charge and charge gets removed upon unscoping)
-10% damage penalty
Can overheat due to holding in 4th bullet for too long leading to them being fired at once

(-) Headshots só contarão quando metade da carga estiver carregada.
(-) Se errar um Headshot com a carga cheia, você irá ser marcado para a morte por 5 segundos.
(+) 35% do dano que você deu num Headshot ou Bodyshot com a carga na metade ou cheia voltará como vida.
(+) Armas secundárias como por exemplo o Jaratê irão recarregar 20% mais rápido caso você esteja com pouca vida.

(+) 35% of damage done to a Headshot or Bodyshot with half or full charge will return as life.

I'll make that a bit more understandable.

+35% of damage done returns health if charge is over 50%
+Jarate recharges 20% faster under 50% health
-Missing a headshot while fully charged marks you for death for 5 seconds
-Cannot headshot unless over 50% charge

+On Kill: Weapon gains both a firing speed and reload speed increase. Up to a max of 65%
+On Kill: Gain stacks that reduce weapon's firing noise. Up to a max of 80%
-On Miss: Firing Speeed and Reload Speed increases are dropped back down to Normal.
-Weapon Noise Stacks decay after 2 seconds of not firing. 10% per second, up to 8 seconds.
-15% reload speed
-25% firing speed
Here's my two cents. I designed it to promote snipers in the midst of the battle and who are looking to REALLY support their team-mates.

+15% damage reduction while scoped.
Shooting a team-mate when fully charged gives them 15 health and gives you a 5% speed bonus to charging.
-15% damage.
-15% damage vulnerability when not scoped.
-This weapon deploys 35% slower.
My stats
5 shots before reloading (it has a magazine under it)
+10% damage on bodyshot
+15% damage while not scoped
+25% fire rate
-50% charge rate
-10% headshot damage
Reload is pretty slow.

when in auto mode -50% damage and if you shoot
