Too powerful, kills level 130's

How do I change the damage and/or tranq percentage? if you can even do that.

that's the downside you don't it kills weak Dino's if you don't like this try a mod pack with stronger Dino's or raise the difficulty level of the server your on if you can't well run a non dedicated or single player
