Given the materials needed are the same I bid towards a default of zero engram points as it's a basic recipe like any other with no recipe card or blueprint needed. :) I say make the folks who want to branch off the default zero point engram cost for recipes (as recipes don't have engrams in vanilla) to edit their .ini files. You have answered to many cries for help. LOL.
