Event Items...!
In various events, Winley can make items dependent on them.
To achieve one of these items, you need to change game's "Events" option within world generation. New crafting recipes should appear in Survivor's Tab.

Catcoon Candy
Recipe = 1 Honey + 3 Petals
Event = Hallowed Nights

Sugar Cookie
Recipe = 1 Honey + 3 Cookie Crumbles
Event = Winters Feast

Lucky Fan
Recipe = 1 Down Feather + 3 Twigs
Event = Year of the Gobbler

Lucky Whistle
Recipe = 3 Gold Nuggets
Event = Year of the Varg

Fish Heads on a Stick
Recipe = 3 Freshwater Fish + 3 Twigs
Event = Year of the Pig King

Packet of Seeds
Recipe = 1 Papyrus + 3 Seeds
Event = Year of the Carrat

Beefalo Horn
Recipe = 3 Bone Shards + 3 Flints
Event = Year of the Beefalo

Chirpy Scarf
Recipe = 3 Cactus Flowers + 1 Silk
Event = Midsummer Cawnival
(You would need to ask Cawnival Host so he can make one for you)

Pink Ribbon
Recipe = 1 Lune Tree Blossom + 3 Silk + 1 Glommer's Goop
Event = Year of the Catcoon (Valentine's Day Special)
Durability = 40 minutes
Craftable near Catcoon Shrine
Gives huge sanity bonus (+10/min)
Protects Winley from Enlightenment Spirits (Gestalts)

Number One Ribbon
Recipe = 1 Gold Nugget + 1 Wax Paper + 1 Blue Cap
Event = Year of the Catcoon
Durability = 60 minutes
Gives small sanity bonus (+3.3/min)
Provides +15% speed boost

Number Two Ribbon
Recipe = 1 Flint + 1 Papyrus + 1 Green Cap
Event = Year of the Catcoon
Durability = 50 minutes
Gives small sanity bonus (+2.2/min)
Provides +10% speed boost

Number Three Ribbon
Recipe = 1 Pine Cone + 1 Cut Reed + 1 Red Cap
Event = Year of the Catcoon
Durability = 40 minutes
Gives small sanity bonus (+1.1/min)
Provides +5% speed boost

Number Zero Ribbon
Recipe = 1 Moon Rock + 1 Barnacle + 1 Moon Cap
Event = Year of the Catcoon
Durability = 60 minutes
Gives negative sanity bonus (-3.3/min)
On equip - Gives sleepy effect - same as eating raw Moon Cap
On Unequip - Removes sleepy effect - same as eating Cooked Moon Cap

I don't think there's a way to craft "Fishheads on a Sticks" currently.

Freshwater Fish(poundfish) do not count in the recipe and when they die they become a fishmorsel(fishmeat_small) instead of the single game version(fish).

Yep, it would be.
PS: Fixed the recipe for fish heads, expecting to push update today once I fix some other issues.
