I have a prisoner set to work and have a job lined up for them but they just "wander" endlessly without doing the job. I tried holding all the doors open but they just tried to "escape" when I did that, I have the time slot set to "work" to force them to do it but still nothing, this has been constantly happening since I installed the mod and I have no idea how to fix it

Edit: I have motivation turned off entirely so it isn't that which is causing it (unless selecting that option breaks the mod in which case it's a seperate issue entirely)
