Incompatible with Android Tiers
Androids dont add any motivation and they dont work when captured.

You can edit the race properties in rimmsqol i gave T1 androids the need to rest and they started working after a short while.
So it seems this mod takes it for granted that prisoners need rest - bummer.
But i also gave androids a rest effectiveness factor of 99% so they should only rest for a very short time.
