Not new, this guy has been around for years flipping assets and republishing Atomic Fabrik's asset flips.

Good old WUT Studio up to their old tricks. I guess if you can't hack it with your name, change it!

Most of the "games" from this publisher are all 100% asset flips. Many are just copies of each other.

Yes, indeed this game launched on June 2nd with a price of $0.99 then on July 4 the price shot up to $39.99.

As for evidence that's all there is. I see your post in the discussion forums about the price hike. My guess is that it'll either be ignored and the devs won't post anything at all, or they'll delete the comment (and any other negative criticism) about the game.

Unfortunately there's not much you can do about it. Archive the discussion forum thread if you want (using archive.org's wayback machine) to preserve a copy (I personally do this for any post I feel is going to get nuked). Keep posting about it in their forums to let people know about it, but that may result in an eventual ban.

Hard to understand what they're saying in the imgur screenshot. Looks like a thread on the Decorum forum (although it's French, which makes sense since the school is based in Paris) but the forums are clear of anything, so the scammers might have wiped it already.

So GranCatSan (who's not showing a developer on Steam) says they're part of the team on the original project? And they're saying the school has the copyright and they don't like seeing the game on Steam (I'm assuming without their permission).

Yeah, if that's the case the University or IP owner should file a DMCA claim. Short of that we should report it and boost this so Steam does something.

On May 15 the price was reduced by 75% from 43.99 to 10.99 but on April 14 it was reduced by 75% from 43.99 to 16.24 (these are CAD prices). Obviously there's a mistake here and since it's SteamDB data, it's not entirely accurate. My guess is that the sale on April 14 is supposed to be 67% since that's how much the reduction is. SteamDB just messed up labeling it as a 75% discount when it should be 67% (which is a common % reduction you see on games).
