permanent sapper loss is basically making the spy less valuable than sapping a robot. because when you say "PERMANENTLY" it could either mean until death or for the REST of the game. either way, it's technically unbalanced.

plus, adding five more units of max HP to a scout with the sandman is basically nearly nothing.

Not sure if it has to do with a TF2 update (highly doubt that) or someone changing it without a reason.

Sometimes servers are not empty, and sometimes they are.

This giant has been discussed before and it would otherwise be very silimar to the regular one.

You can get a friend (if they're able to) to make the stats for you. Or, simply just leave the discussion as it is for a while.
