We do add new weapons SLOWLY. But, we remove/balance current custom/official weapons first before adding more weapons on top. Please don't expect your ideas to be used, but it is very well appreciated to summit your ideas. If we did use 1 weapon from each person who submitted an idea, there would over 200+ weapons and a massive download of weapon models. Lastly, you don't get a "special" treat if you weapon idea is used, but you do get your name below the weapon stats under "Stat Suggestion".

NEW WEAPONS, TOOLS, AND RESKINS FOR CUSTOM WEAPONS TF2!

The Direct Contact
Level 15 Shotgun
Class: Solider, Pyro, Heavy, Engineer
Slot: Primary
Stats:
+35 damage bonus at close range
15% faster reload speed
-33 clip size
-10 damage penalty
This weapon should like be used for close-quarters combat, as it does more damage at close range.

The Whiskey Wonder
Level 5 Bottle
Class: Demoman
Slot: Melee
Stats:
+20 damage bonus when broken
Taunting will restore 50 health
20% slower swing speed
-20 damage penalty when not broken
Taunting will drain your bottle
Takes two hits to be broken
This weapon is best used when broken, but should be broken quickly, as it takes two hits to be broken instead of one.

The Speedster
Level 10 Scattergun
Class: Scout
Slot: Primary
Stat:
20% faster firing speed
20% faster reload speed
Dealing damage builds Speed
-15 damage penalty
20% slower movement speed when deployed
Alt-Fire: Speed
Gain a massive speed boost for 12 seconds.
This weapon can be used to get away from sticky situations by using Speed.

The Multiplier
Level 10 Wrangler
Class: Engineer
Slot: Secondary
Stats:
Multiply your building's speed by 10 for 30 seconds
Buildings that are affected by this get a +25 damage vulnerability for 35 seconds
This weapon can be deadly if you can protect your sentry right. Although the speed is most beneficial for your sentry, it can also be helpful for you dispenser and your teleporter.

The Uzi
Level 5 Uzi
Class: Sniper
Slot: Secondary
Stats:
+15 damage bonus
20% faster firing speed
This weapon deploys 50% slower
This weapon holsters 50% slower
15% slower reload speed
This weapon is pretty fast, and the damage bonus allows you to get some pretty nice kills.

The Cyber Bow
Level 5 Bow
Class: Sniper
Slot: Primary
This is a reskin of The Huntsman.

The Bulk Blaster
Level 15 Shotgun
Class: Engineer
Slot: Primary
Stats:
20% faster reload speed
This weapon deploys 50% faster
This weapon holsters 50% faster
-25 clip size
15% slower firing speed
Description: This pump-action shotgun comes with 6 slots and a compact but effective grip. Perfect for the perfect kill.
This weapon is best used against single targets.

I have some ideas for new custom weapons.

The Spray Fan
Level 10 Pocket Spray Fan
Class: Scout
Slot: Secondary
Stats:
Shoot water at burning players to extinguish them and restore 20 health.
Alt Fire: Fan Blast
Blow air from your fan and knock back enemy players and extinguish team players.
25% slower reload speed
Uses two ammo slots: batteries and water
This weapon is more of a support weapon than a actual offensive weapon.

The Multitasker
Level 80 Shotgun, Pistol, and Sniper?
Class: Sniper
Slot: Primary
Stats:
Switch from different modes by pressing the reload key.
Shotgun Mode:
6 shots
Pistol Mode:
12 shots
Sniper Mode:
1 shot
15% faster switch speed
-15 damage penalty
No headshots
No random crits
You are marked for death when switching modes for 3 seconds
This weapon could be useful in certain situations.

The Campfire Scorcher
Level 15 Flamethrower
Class: Pyro
Slot: Primary
Stats:
+65 more afterburn damage
25% longer afterburn duration
-50 damage penalty
This weapon is perfect for combos.

The Flip Shot
Level 5 Flip Flop
Class: Scout
Slot: Melee
Stats:
Alt-Fire: Throw the flip flop at a enemy to do high damage and knock them back.
+15 damage bonus when thrown
34% faster recharge
-10 damage penalty
20% slower firing speed.

The Mini Nuke
Level 45 Rocket Launcher
Class: Solider
Slot: Primary
Stats:
+50 larger blast radius
+45 more push force
-85 clip size
Can not shoot another rocket until the first rocket has exploded
-30 slower projectile speed
This weapon could be great for defensive purposes.

The Beer Bottle Blast
Level 5 Bottle
Class: Demoman
Slot: Melee
Stats:
Deals crits while the wielder is sticky jumping
15% slower firing speed
No random critical hits
You are marked for death when sticky jumping, and a while after you hit the ground
This weapon could be a fun melee to use with the Sticky Jumper.

1) do you mean a +40% more pellets or an actual flat +40

2) doubled reload speed is what i assume you mean here as in +100% but again, i dunno

3) this is literally the only thing that's actually clear here.

4) again 15% or a flat -15. cause each pellet at max damage ramp up only does 9x10 damage meaning is it's a flat amount of damage your dealing anywhere from negative 60 to negative 90 damage (matches the positive spread weirdly enough.)

5)if this worked right then at we'd get (4-7) damage times 14 pellets which gets 52 to 98 damage respectively. and you can fire twice.... this is the kind of stat swap/weapon override that's generally considered worthless. no one would take this over the flat out better default shotty, or any of engis other primaries. we all want a double barrel blaster for engi, but it needs to be better than this.

please people make sure you're clear with your posts wording people.

Three weapons

1. The busted sentry (soldier primary)

The rocket launcher of a lv 3 sentry ripped off and extended.
+can fire up to four rockets at once (not burst like begger's bazooka)
+blast jumping sends you twice as far

- 25% slower firing speed
-20% slower reload speed
-rocket jumping with too many rockets in the clip can kill you.


2. The deep cut (spy melee) A French pocket knife or steak knife idk

+On successful backstab: kills enemy and causes them to fire their weapon in the direction the spy is facing, inflicting minicrit damage to enemies.
- 30% cloak recharge penalty

3. scorch shot rebalance

Flares still bounce but only off of surfaces
Flares only explode when directly hitting players

New weapon ideas i guess.

The Mace
Level 10 Mace
Class: Demoman
Slot: Melee
Stats:
On hit: Bleed for 5 seconds
+25 bleed damage bonus
No random critical hits
15% slower firing speed
On miss: Hit yourself. Idiot.
This weapon could be useful for taking down hard to kill enemies like heavies.

The Keyblade
Level 13 Sword(You'll get the reference if you play Kingdom Hearts)
Class: Demoman
Slot: Melee
Stats:
This weapon has a long melee range and deploys slower
-25 max health on wearer
No random critical hits
Gives you increased health and speed for every heart you take.
This is basically a reskin of the Eyelander, but instead of taking heads, you take hearts.

The Milk Spiller
Level 10 Scattergun
Class: Scout
Slot: Primary
Stats:
On hit: Douses enemy in Mad Milk
20% faster reload speed
+34 clip size
20% slower firing speed
-70 less healing from Medics
-20 less healing from Mad Milk
This weapon could be used in place of Mad Milk.

The Quick Fire
Level 20 Sniper Rifle
Class: Sniper
Slot: Primary
Stats:
This weapon deploys 50% faster
This weapon holsters 50% faster
25% faster firing speed
25% faster reload speed
-30 damage penalty
-15 charge rate
This weapon is great for quick scope kills.

The Moving Man
Level 10 Wrench
Class: Engineer
Slot: Melee
Stats:
No move speed penalty when hauling buildings
Building instantly start up again after placing
25% faster repair rate
You have a 35% damage vulnerability when hauling buildings, and a while after placing them
This weapon is great when you are in a tight situation.

The Book of Wisdom
Level 5 Book
Class: Heavy
Slot: Secondary
Stats:
Read a page of this book to gain a temporary status effect for 10 seconds.
Page 1: Heals 300 health
Page 2: Gives you a 50% defense boost
Page 3: Gives you a +35 damage boost
Page 4: Gives you a speed boost
You can only choose one page at a time, and only once per life
You must be killed naturally by a enemy, dying to the environment or killing yourself will not recharge you book meter
This weapon deploys 30% slower
This weapon holsters 30% slower
This weapon can be great if used properly, as you can only recharge it by dying, and only by dying by an enemy.

five weapons

1. The firecracker (pyro flaregun)
similar to the detonator

-dealing damage to enemies doesn't set them on fire for 3 seconds (similar to the game Blood 1997)
+during those three seconds, any nearby enemies will catch fire
-20% damage
+crits on BURNING players (so you can't flare someone you immediately hit)
alt fire will cause an explosion, just like the detonator.
- 50% self damage

2. The red tide (heavy primary that is a maxim gun)
+no movement speed penalty while revved up
-Cannot prerev
+/-creates a wave of water that deals knockback to enemies that get to close and extinguishes teamates. Uses four ammo per second, essentially making it a reverse hou-long heater.

3. The bushman's backup
Sniper secondary
A set of two tripwires that can be placed on the ground
When tripped, enemy will be coated in jarate for 5 seconds and take 25 damage (the wire is barbed wire)
If the trap is destroyed, the jarate will still be activated, but the wire will not.

4. The große Nadel (big needle)- Medic Primary. Based off of the helsing gun from Metro 2033 and Metro: last light, not exodus.

Starts out with an eight round clip with each bolt doing around 40 damage and can heal teammates

+each kill or assist increase the amount of damage and healing done (up to eight "heads")

+after getting four heads, the bolts gain bleeding damage.
+after getting eight heads, the bolts inflict the plague that spreads to nearby enemies.

-30 firing speed
-30% slower projectile speed

Like other "snowball" weapons like the eyelander, airstrike etc, this would emphasize the survivability of the player, allowing them to become stronger than when they started. (it would also make battle- medic a bit more fun to play.

The bouncing betty- Demoman primary.

+grenades have much more bounce and roll.
+ 15% explosion radius
- grenades do not explode on contact with enemies.

A few new weapons for this server.

Bonk! Medi Juice
Level 15 Drink
Class: Scout
Slot: Secondary
Stats:
Drink to heal up to 125 health.
Alt-Fire: Bonk! is now sharable with teammates! Give your drink to your allies to heal them(Small Health Kit)
-75 less healing from Medics
30% recharge time
This weapon is great if your team has no Medics, or if you're in a tight situation.

Swashbuckling Sword
Level 10 Sword
Class: Demoman
Slot: Melee
Stats:
On Hit: Builds Power
+20% swing speed
-15 damage penalty
Alt-Fire: Use Power
Power grants a +50 damage bonus, and a speed boost for 10 seconds. Takes about 250 points of damage(With melee)to fully charge Power.
This weapon could be used for normal Demoman play, as it doesn't have a long melee range and is better for taking out other Demoknights.

Rampaging Shots
Level 25 Pistol
Class: Scout
Slot: Secondary
Stats:
+15 damage bonus
10% faster firing speed
On hit: The next hit will be 10% stronger for 5 seconds
-25 clip size penalty
20% slower reload time
This pistol could be combined with the Shortstop for maximum damage potential.

The Fists of Glory
Level 35 Fists
Class: Solider
Slot: Melee
Stats:
+25 damage bonus
This weapon deploys 50% faster
This weapon holsters 45% faster
25% slower swing speed
This weapon is great for getting out damage, but it's not that reliable.

And that's all. Honestly I'm kinda running out of ideas, but I'll try to think of some more soon!
Slugging Barrage
Level 69 Shotgun
Class: Engineer
Slot: Primary
Stats:
100% Damage Bonus
This weapon deploys 30% faster
20% faster reload speed

90% less pellets (one shot)
25% smaller clip size

its basically a Slug shotgun to get precise damage, cause bullet spread is a pain

Demoman: The Hardball
Primary slot
(!)Bombs will stick to enemies to deal 20 damage, and then detonate after 0.75 seconds, or stick to surfaces and detonate after 0.25 seconds

Flamethrower for the Pyro, as I was really disappointed by the lack of Pyro primaries.
Stats:
(+) Right clicking creates a short range Fireblast
(+) Fireblast deals 25 damage (damage may need to be tweaked if too overpowered or underpowered) and hits everyone caught inside of it
(+) Fireblast mini-crits burning players
(+) Fireblast damage increases based on remaining duration of afterburn (if target is alight)
(+) Fireblast deals 1/4 full afterburn
(=) Fireblast destroys anything that can be reflected by airblast, causing it to explode in mid air
(-) -50% afterburn duration
(-) Fireblast costs 35 ammo
(-) All crits become mini-crits
(-) -25% repressurization rate on Alt-Fire
(-) -15% direct damage from flamethrower
(-) No Airblast
(=) This weapon is best used by the very offensive ambush Pyro

(+) Airblast inflicts 25% max Poisoned

Frostthrower for the Pyro
Stats (most already listed on the workshop but I'm posting them here for convenience):
(+) Causes Frostbite - Afterburn which cannot be extinguished with water (like bleed), but can be with healthkits, medic healing or friendly pyro fire. Burning effect could be a bluish icy looking "flame". Fire based weapons mini-crit on frostbitten enemy targets - to encourage Pyro teamwork. Slows enemy speed by 10%.
(+) Airblast replaced with a water blast which acts like airblast - aesthetic change. Still possible to reflect projectiles. Can cure frostbite. Enemies hit have a dripping effect similar to exiting from water.
(=) Freezes enemies similar to the spycicle on kill
(-) 20% slower switch speed
(-) All crits become mini crits

Modified Vacuum Cleaner for the Pyro
Stats:
(=) Replaces airblast with a airsuck, can be held down like the manmelters suck and it drags enemies towards you instead of pushing them away, projectiles caught are sucked into the vacuum and after 5 seconds, are deleted (you can only suck one projectile at a time, not finishing the conversion will respawn the projectile in front of you with mini crits) and converting a projectile gives mini-crits for 7 seconds, this also extinguishes teamates
(-) 10% less direct damage
(-) Airsuck costs 10 ammo a second (may need to be tweaked)
(-) Extinguishing teamates restores only 10 health

Day 6 of suggesting pyro primaries until they add one
