The Gear Shifter

Making your stuff better with the grab of a stick shift.

+Gives your buildings bonuses while active, in exchange for 1% of building health every two seconds. Building will self destruct if HP would be reduced to zero.
Sentry: Deal 25% more damage and sentry finds targets 50% faster.
Dispenser: Dispenser has 25% more range and heals 25% faster.
Teleporter: Grants one second of Uber for all people who teleport through teleporter.
-While active: 25% damage vulnerability from all sources.

Sapper

The Self-Aware Saboteur

All I did was put it on. Only it knows when to properly start sapping your things.

+/-When placed, start a three second timer. During that timer, you may place sappers infinitely that do not alert the Engineer or damage the building. When time is up, all the sappers activate simultaneously and your sapper is disabled for three seconds.
+Sentries sapped by this weapon cannot target you, even while sapper is inactive.
-25% slower sap rate.
-This sapper has 50% less health while inactive.

This is a bad idea, but I lost my knife with that failstab and it's all I got.

+On Kill with this weapon: Inflict bleed damage for 10 seconds on all enemies in the surrounding area. (Amputator range)
+Successful backstabs do not cause you to lose your disguise
-Knife shatters on Backstab.
+100% faster recharge rate (Compared to Spy-cicle.)
-On miss: Cut yourself for 5 seconds of bleed damage, you disgrace to spies everywhere.

This is what you get when you buy cut-rate surgery implements from a shady online clinic.

+On Hit: 5 seconds of bleed
+Bleed damage and only bleed damage is converted into Ubercharge at 2% per tick.
-On miss: Hit yourself, Dummkopf.
-25% damage penalty
-Hitting the supply cabinet will reduce your Ubercharge meter to 0.

Yes, you can self build Uber using this and this is intended. That's why I specified that your Ubercharge meter will be returned to 0 if you want to camp the cabinet.

The Swift Sedator

Medic just put every anesthetic he owns into these syringes. This is going to end badly.

+Dealing damage with your primary charges a Sedation meter. Filling it gives one stack of Morphine. Unlimited stacks. 50 Damage to charge meter.
+Pressing ALT-FIRE with this weapon active will make the next three shots you fire have a 50% damage penalty, but apply the drunk effect to opponents for 5 seconds.
-ALT-FIRE can inflict drunk effect on teammates.
-Failing to hit anyone with ALT-FIRE will make you drunk for 7 seconds.
-25% slower fire speed

Medic will shout "Oktoberfest!" upon activating Morphine.

Medigun

The Brothers-in-Arms

Stand together in the face of adversity.

+Share all damage resistances between the Medic and his patient, but not vulnerabilities. (Healing a Fists of Steel Heavy will give the Medic 40% bullet damage resistance, but not the melee vulnerability.
+/-Should the patient or Medic die from damage while healing, reduce HP to one and damage the other for the remaining damage.
-Uber build decreases as patient's health decreases, down to 50% at 1 HP.

Uber Type: Berlin Wall. Activate to give the Medic and his patient a damage bubble that reduces damage from bullets, explosives, and fire by 50%, turns crits into minicrits, and changes normal mini-crits into regular hits. Lasts 4 seconds, and you can stock two uber stacks.

A more refined version of a ghetto flamethrower consisting of a lighter and a spray paint can.

+Clip size is offhand ammo. Picked up ammo is added directly to clip.
+Fires a flamethrower with 50% range that ignites foes for 3 seconds with the Degreaser's damage and afterburn penalty
-Can damage your own buildings
-Getting lit on fire will cause this weapon to explode, dealing 25% of your max health as damage to yourself, and preventing this weapon's use for 15 seconds.
-Cannot be crit boosted

+Mimics the blast jumps of your patients
+125% heal rate
+/-25% of all healing and non-backstab damage recieved, including your healing, is transferred via the medigun beam from you to your patient and vice versa. THIS CAN KILL YOU AND/OR YOUR PATIENT.
-50% overheal cap

Uber type: 50% of all the damage you and your patient recieve is resisted. All allies within Amputator radius get 10% damage resist all. This resisted damage is then inflicted on all opponents and opponent buildings within Amputator radius. Healing rate is boosted to 150% of stock. (If this can be worded better, criticism would be appreciated.)

This long blade tends to get stuck in the ground when I throw it. It also tends to get stuck in people too.

+On activation, project a field (normal banner range) that inflicts 15 seconds of bleed damage to all enemies within the field. Allies within the field, including you, have 10% faster movement speed. Field lasts 10 seconds. Bleed duration will reset every time an enemy re-enters the field, and will not count down as long as they remain in the field.
+Cannot die when not at 1 HP unless backstabbed. Any damage that would normally kill you instead reduces your health to 1 HP

Some ideas for Engineer

PDA

The Building P.D.S. (Pretty Dang Small)

If less is more some of the time, does this mean that I can get more done with less all of the time?

Replaces dispenser and teleporters with miniature versions.
Mini-dispenser builds immediately and heals and replenishes ammo at 1.25 the rate of a level one dispenser, but cannot be upgraded and does not dispense metal. 100 HP. Costs 75 metal.
Mini-teleporters build immediately and have a recharge time of 7 seconds, but cannot be upgraded. 50 HP. Costs 25 metal. Free if using Eureka Effect.

Models exist somewhere. I think Karma Charger showcased them.

Hidden Secondary

The Rough Rider

Riding into battle is a dangerous thing. Let's make it a little less dangerous.

+Grants 15% damage resist all
+All buildings have a Wrangler Shield as they are being constructed (Repair penalty and all.)
-No secondary weapon
-All buildings cost 10 more metal.

PDA

The Amplified Engineer

"Be the sentry. Be the sentry! BE THE SENTRY!" -Ancient Texan meditation mantra

Replaces Sentry gun with Amplifier Node
+LV1 Amplifier grants minicrits within Amputator taunt radius.
+LV2 Amplifier grants 10% faster reload speed and 25% faster fire rate
+LV3 Amplifier grants 20% faster reload speed and 50% faster fire rate
+Wrangling the Amplifier allows you to target a teammate and give them full crits by firing, at the cost of no area effects while wrangling.
-No sentry gun.
-Double upgrade costs versus Sentry gun.

Amplifier model from back when that wrench still existed is the intended model.
