I got the plans for this marvel of old-school engineering from some old merchant in koth_king.

+Sentries mark players for death. Higher level sentries mark targets for longer. (LV.1: 2 sec. LV.2: 3 sec. LV.3: 5 sec.)
+Pressing Reload will allow you to teleport between spawn and your exit teleporter
+Sentry rockets deal 5 seconds of bleed damage.
+Halves all upgrade costs
-All sentry attacks deal only one damage. (Does not affect bleed.)
-200% slower sentry fire speed

+Sentry damage charges a Rage meter. (Takes 400 damage) One full, pressing ALT-FIRE with this weapon will give you minicrits for 10 seconds, and 50% faster fire rate on your melee.
+Sentry kills, but not assists, will give you 25 metal.
-Using rage costs 50 metal
-33% smaller clip size
-15% damage penalty

The Welder's Wrench

Welding it together is better than bolting it together, but it takes a bit longer to get the job done right.

+Buildings get a 25% damage resistance shield while being repaired or upgraded.
+If a building takes no damage while being upgraded, it gains an extra 25 health. This can stack. Bonus goes away if it needs to be reconstructed, but can be regained in similar fashion.
+On hit: Ignites foe for one second.
-20% slower upgrade rate.
-20% slower repair rate.
-15% damage penalty.

Permanent overheal on a Scout while giving him a lot of health doing his bread and butter seems a bit much. What the idea seems to be is a Scout version of the Conniver's Kunai. Why don't we give it the same overheal decay as the Kunai when you Backstab?

-Cannot be overhealed by a medic

The main reason reason it's "No overheal decay", becuase it would require a custom attribute and the coder couldn't 100% figure it out. I find a way to make the overheal decay to even effect overheal.

The problem the coder was having was that ANY overheal (which includes from a medic) was being slowed down, and not just from the life leech mechanic. So you can see what the problem is.

Also, the Boston Bulldog is acutally weaker to what it use to be.
Huh... That kind of sucks... The one thing I hate about that weapon is that you could get 200HP scouts running around with WAY more health than they deserve, and it was a death sentence if you got in a one on one match. That being said, I haven't been on too recently because I've been helping a friend with his server, so the whole thing with Demoman having invulnerability glitches (RIP Ghost Charge.) completely missed me.

I know I proposed a new weapon that worked similarly, but did a base heal on kill instead of life leech. In lieu of this, I would make it 50HP on kill, no health penalty, but a penalty to all healing you receive, smaller clip size, and less bullets per shot. Don't know if you want to scrap the Bulldog in exchange for a new concept, but there's an idea for you if you're interested.
