[STAFF NOTE: Item is listed as friends only]
"Cool space mystery and epic gamer environment. A bit too lagy for my potato laptop, and no gunplay like I would've hoped for."
"This save is visually interesting, and the gameplay reminiscent of a point and click game was very interesting. But this save ends WAYYYYYY too abruptly, which sucks since I was kind of invested in the mystery!"
"...Overall, a VERY GOOD looking save that ends abruptly, lacks combat, and suffers a small amount of lag."

"...It looks nice, it plays nice and the pacing is nice. I'm amazed by what was done with just the vanilla items and tools."
"Master of the craft. I don't think I have anything but praise for this. Excellent scenebuilding, excellent lighting and atmosphere. Great use of the default GMOD tools, runs really well too. The only problem I had was I couldn't get up one of the ladders in that one pipe, but other than that it was perfect. I just kinda wish the airboat section was longer."
"...its made by drunk headcrab, of course its going to be great. i like how this has custom events in it without the need for wiremod."

"...This entry is not only the most fun but also the most lengthy out of all. Truly the finest experience I've had in a long time."
"despite the fact that i ended up rage quitting on this one because of the stupid f""king lag, its still an awesome series, even if it kinda breaks the rules of the challenge, it still has effort put into it..."
"I can tell the author put a lot of effort into this save, but a majority of the area's are pretty empty, and all the entries seem to be the same but with different spawn points? But I do like the Episode 2 vibes this save gives off, though that could just be a side effect of it being in Gm_Fork..."

"Simplistic but easy to understand. Story wasn't too apparent, but I'm it was a red vs blue scenario?"
"Has a cool red vs blue story, but kinda shorter than I expected."
"interesting concept. however, it ended WAY too quickly. at least it is the least laggiest of the bunch."

"Not a big fan honestly. While I did find the scenebuilding to be pretty decent, the actual gameplay itself was subpar. The saves do a bad job at guiding you to where you need to go and how to go there. The enemy placement, especially in the 2nd save, got quite annoying fast... Also, please don't give enemies the Annabelle shotgun. Not only are the animations broken for everyone but Grigori, but also it is stupid overpowered... I got instakilled at least twice by Annabelle soldiers because getting shot in the head by it is insta death... I like that you tried to create "new" NPCs by manipulating the models and changing the material, but some of them just look ugly."
"...Overall, a nice entry, if not a little unpolished."
"Very confusing on where to go and too much enemies. Lots of cool areas, but the areas a a bit too tight and narrow."

"I can't judge this one to be honest, it's just unfinished..."
"There were some cool moments here and there, but most of the save was incomplete, with huge empty areas and no ending in sight. Some more work on the pacing and geometry could see a better save though."
"Incomplete, but A for effort..."

"While honestly lacking in terms of abstractness or humor, it was still odd enough that I can let it slid...along with it being just really bloody brilliant! It's long enough with about it being tedious, you have enough weapons to make your way through without it being a hassle and the prop making along with how the base map is incorporated is just so well done. However, I will say it's sad how you can easily see the enemy spawn points, but it's only a minor issue. Overall, a great save, even if it doesn't completely conform to the theme of the challenge."
"Raw and unbridled Half Life 2 action. I kind of like the idea of having normal Half Life 2 gameplay with a strange premise/goal, even if it wasn't that abstract. I think I was smiling the whole through due to the sheer fun of the gameplay; not to mention the CUSTOM NODEGRAPH that was made JUST FOR THIS SAVE! Expert level work, but not very abstract."
"I REALLY liked this map. It seems like it would fit right into a Half Life 2 game. For that, I would give it a 9/10. BUT, like zoinks scoob, the theme is supposed to be silly/abstract or whatever, and the only silly thing is the buoy. The goal is silly, but everything is else is Half Life 2 stuff."

"I like it. It's epic and cool. But the part with the enemies are too easy. I also feel like there was a missed opportunity where you could have backtracked back to Kliener's lab with multiple melons to put them in some sort of pulley (ye know I love dem pulleys, mate) to open a door to the end. Of course, that would take a bit more work."
"a fine save with a good recreation of kleiners lab, and some decent scene building. the save however is way too easy and feels more like the start of a really long save adventure, though i liked the concept behind it. someone should really expand on this concept and problably create an adventure thats bats""t crazy like gordanfreakman or something."
"Got to say, quite a sweet little save. Falls quite well into the funny catrgory with a tinge of weird, but that's good.I really like the near 1:1 recreation of Kleiner's lab from HL2. Like the rest of said, it's a bit too easy, but I didn't mind it. At least it wasn't teeth gritingly hard. I honestly don't mind that you return the melon so soon. It would be an absolute nightmare if you had to fight off an army of combine while also trying to stop the melon from being broken.
Overall, a good entry to this month's challenge."

"Oooh, this one is so gud. I also LOVED the elevator. The elevator was so good, that I duplicated and saved the design of the elevator. Even if it keeps a more serious tone than the other ones, this was nice. Really epic gamer. Since this is episode 0 of a series, I won't abuse your save based on how short it is. So like, I give this 8.4/10 for this episode. Most of the points are given because of that elevator."
"The details and story are absolutely incredible. Solid gameplay, mechanics, and story, all while fitting the abstract theme. The intro in particular reminded me a lot of Gordon Freakman 2: Kleiner Life. Good work."
"problably one of the best f""king concepts for a save i have ever seen. the scene building was good, and the interactions you can do with the world is creative and interesting. first time playing it was kind of confusing how the first batch of combines can hurt you, but you cant hurt them. might have something to do with the weapons. really liked the concept of breen being the main character as opposed to for example my island of breen idea which features an alternate and friendlier version of breen and the combine."

"Defiantly quite abstract. I do feel all the extra addons were a bit unnecessary (which I didn't even find in the first place), but other than that, the puzzle aspect was quite good... It's a series with it's ups and downs, but I quite enjoyed the first two installments. Good work, but it could of been better."
"Filled to the brim with secrets, gameplay, and stuff to read. The theme and story is perfect for the challenge, and I REALLY enjoyed playing this entry. My only gripe is that it can be difficult to understand where to go. In fact, I don't know if I actually finished this entry because when I got to the part where the doll says "We're here, let's go," I couldn't find a way to progress or get to any tower, nor was there any ending sign/button that I could see. Overall, a high quality save."
"a pretty good series with a weird twist on it. i like it. some of the puzzles and where to go was pretty confusing the first time playing, and the third level doesnt seem playable at all without the episodes sadly, but first time playing the 1st and 2nd parts were an outstanding experience. first time i barely survived the 2nd part, but there were just enough amount of those bouncing balls laying around so i could get enough health to beat it. really liked the solutions to get rid of the turrets, but please do not use earr"pe addons for your saves. seriously, it made me cringe so badly i started sweating, no kidding. overall, first two parts are great, but the third part cant be beaten without the episodes, and that sucks."

"Cool, I liked reading the dialogue at the start. Gameplay was intense, but was only a minute long."
"Incredible environment, story, atmosphere, and a small little engagement at the end to solidify this entry's place in the challenge. I especially loved the NPC dialogue around the map. Absolutely wonderful!"
"Truly an epic gamer experience. I really liked all the text at the beginning of save. Also REALLY liked that I can abuse the sleeping people and smash briefcases on their heads. One problem is that the fight starts without me, but can easily be fixed with loading the save again and sprinting all the way to the top before they die."

"It's a walking simulator. I've made a walking simulator before, but in that one you could mess with things. There were physics. There was a meat hook you can push to knock over some wood. If you have a walking simulator, at least add at least something you can mess with. According to the Half Life series, a lot of people spent a lot of time in that playground section because they love to mess with physics. Anyway, it's pretty epic."
"just a basic walking sim. nothing else. only thing i can really remember from it was the cool outdoor scenery, though you could clearly see the ceiling there, which kind of broke the illusion that it was outside."
"An environmental artist's paradise. This save looks phenomenal! It's a shame that there's very little in the way of gameplay. More interactable stuff would've been cool (I really liked the snow effects and the locked door that says "the door is blocked with snow on the other side," it really helps to sell the atmosphere). I feel like this style of save could make for a good horror map. This is a very strong entry."

"Short but enjoyable, has lots of potential"
"Oh, now this was a fun map. Really good use of wiremod for both the music, signs and puzzles. Good job with this. Nice to see you were able to finish something. Brings all of us hope for the future. Keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing what the next parts of this series will be like."
"Despite being VERY short and being more of a tutorial/demo of what is to come, this was EXCELLENT. I loved the unique style and gameplay mechanics, and the tutorial is pretty solid."

"Pretty well made series. The fact that it's split up into parts makes it feel larger than it is. Although, besides some solid environmental work (you can get through areas in multiple ways too), there was nothing really noteworthy about the save, making it kind of generic. Overall, a good all rounder."
"Some really fun saves that made good use of the small space. Good style too, all the little props make the city look very lived in. Also, nice lighting. Will say that it was a bit tricky getting past the pipes in part 3. Was also a bit hard to traverse the helicopter wreck in 4. Overall, pretty neat."
"im actually not sure what to say about this one to be honest. apperently its a remake, thats a remake of another remake. guess i can say that its cool though."

"The screenshots and the premise of the whole thing sounds really epic. Sadly, I can't run it since my poor man laptop is poor."
"It's amazing just how much effort went into this. Very well made...it's just that it's not my thing. It's way too hard. The enemies can shred you in moments in a few scenarios. Also, the lag. You know it's bad when you have a computer with a RTX and even then it slows down to a crawl. A good effort with good gameplay, even if I had trouble enjoying it myself."
"wow. just wow. the amount of work it must have taken for this is absurd. definetly my favorite of the bunch. you have got time limits, nice variants of characters to play as, and interesting play-areas. the only problems i have with it is problably the huge amount of addons needed for it, and of course lag. but even with the lag its still about playable.
to be honest this really feels like something i would make if i had the patience and knowledge to. you really outdid yourself this time drunk, you really did."

"A well crafted save with excellent balance. This is overall my favorite out of the 4 and ties up the rest of the Escape from the Assault series nicely (even if THAT isn't part of the challenge). Bravo sir!"
"It's a okay save. I really like the change of the environment every few battles. You're in a alley way and then next you're in a combine facility. The only reason I'm giving this a 7.5 is because I have two main issues I have with this save. First reason: I feel it's a bit too barren in some places. There's just space that can be filled foliage or cardboard. Second reason: It feels a bit too generic and more like a shooting gallery.
"if i had to pick my favorite, its SOOOO obviously this one. the save makes good use of space and placement of objects and npcs. the save doesnt feel like it repeats too much through the entire thing, because it manages to do something exciting almost every corner. the only weak part about it is the end. you would expect a little more of a reward at the end for such a thrilling save to play through. other than that, i think it quite earned its place.
"Well, I did say the poster had talent on one of their previous saves. I wasn't wrong.
Fantastic. Just fantastic. Good length, decent challenge and a good variety of locations to prevent it from becoming tedious. Might complain that it doesn't have weapons at the start, but that's not too bad. Overall a really good save. Won't be surprised if this wins."

"Release date is questionable (not sure if we should allow old saves that just so happen to meet challenge criteria tbh) but aside from that and the rather high difficulty, the save is good. Nice visuals, interesting custom enemies (I think there's combine synths and such in there), and a fun level throughout. Slightly laggy though."
"This is a awesome save. THIS is how you create a combine themed save. It isn't just shoot this and shoot that, there are BUTTONS that you need to press to progress through the save, and just adding those buttons make this save stand out against other entries. Only one issue, the placement of the the enemies could be better."
"this was a pretty interesting level. had alot of good enemy placement which allowed me to try out my new pro skills on lobbing the combines grenades back at them (found out maybe a month or two ago by myself that combine grenades as well as player grenades have a second timer if you pick them up with E), especially the one strider which would crouch to attack me from below. the interior of the building looks pretty good. overall a much, MUCH better improvement over the other Lost saves from barebonesville."
"I think this one is defiantly the weakest out of all the entries. Texture work is good and some custom enemies don't look half bad. However, it's quite annoying there are no guns at the start. Also, there might be slightly too many enemies. When you kill the strider, there's a good chance it spasing out will kill you. However, It's defiantly an improvement over the other entires. No BS, no impossible battle between a gunship and strider along with many enemies. Actually enjoyable."

"pretty cool atmosphere that really makes it feel like you are traveling through a bunch of computer generated locations, and the Underhell sweps were pretty cool weapons that i have never used prior to this save. the npcs and weapons have a unique asthetic to them with the usage of materials to make them look well, A.i generated. yeah, its short, but is there really any reason anymore to say the same exact complaint about daleks saves?
anyways saves good, doesnt feel at all generic with all the unique asthetics and such (i know i repeat myself alot. sorry about that.)"
"Overall, a pretty neat save. The Underhell weapons make the whole experience a lot better than if there were generic half life 2 weapons instead. Also, I really like the level design, makes it seem like you're travelling between different AI-generated levels. Only issue, I think the transition between the levels could be a bit better."
"A fun little training course with a cyberpunk twist. UnderHell SWeps was definitely an interesting addon choice, and made the save feel a whole lot more tactical"

"An amazing background vista and a solid story to go alongside it. Gameplay was decent, but it can be a bit difficult to tell where to go at times. Also, I think there might have been a small oversight pertaining to mounted content, because all I had mounted was Episode 2 and the save had a lot of errors in it. After I mounted Lost Coast, CS:S, and Episode 1 the errors went away."
"even though i unfortunatly dont have all the required episodic content for this save to be 100% functional, it was still pretty fun. i dont want to copy what dalek said too much, but the use of zero gravity props along with the gravity gun was pretty cool. those zombine grenades nearly got me both times. oh, and the background was cool with the unique citadel design. i should problably try and give this a better rating compared to what i normally give monokma, since this one was pretty good."
"Considering this was made over the span of 3 days...pretty good. Nice use of the sky editor and fog. Helps create a solid atmosphere. The use of the no gravity function on some props made it a whole lot more interesting. It's something that should really be used more.
Combat felt alright. Gravity gun helped with that (along with being able to punt metrocops in the face with floating rocks or explosive barrels).
However, I will say at some points it became a bit confusing where to go. The directions can be a bit easy to miss sometimes.
Other than that, good job."
