There's no time frame. The only person who can see what's going on and fix it is Sneeza, but he's at the Gamescom (Cologne, Germany) and it's early morning there. He should be looking into it very soon.

Just wanted to make It clear it is not a scheduled maintenance.

Sneeza is at the gamescom and it's sleep time there so we can't really do anything now.

No idea, the API simply doesn't work in some circumstances.

You said it yourself: offline = sleeping, he watched your trade autobump while offline.

You also said you were using an autobump script on google chrome for bazaar. Odds are this script was doing the same to outpost's trades.

You had 2 offenses in the same trade, and also spammed the appeal. Stop adding staff to appeal. Closed.

This is the API acting up on us, we can't really do anything.

Yes it is, and one of the reasons is to prevent scams like the one you report. Things could have went differently if you had read the rules.
