Ripe with historic nostalgia and intuitive mechanics.

Britannia is the best of the Total War "sagas" that have been released so far! Someone i know called this game the worst in the series but, like him, i think many have greatly misunderstood this title and it deserves the respect it's earned from me.

Any fan of British history, the hit shows Vikings and The last Kingdom will be taken away, back to a time following the fall of the infamous Viking King Ragnar Lodbrok. Wrestle with Alfred the Great, Ragnars sons head-up Northymbre and East Engle and unite Ireland under the great King Flann Sinna.

Britannia is worth your time.

Halo meets Portal

Smooth game play and intuitive game modes set this F2P above the rest.

Worth a try 8/10

Destiny one veteran here. I played the first game for about 2-3 years religiously. Destiny 2 when it released felt like a bit of a miss. The gameplay was there and we finally got the story we wanted, technically the game was the same or better. Sadly i'd lost contact with many of my friends with the move to PC. This made the game boring and it barely held my attention. This was back when it was on the Blizzard launcher.

I tried to check into Destiny 2 when it first made the move over to Steam but sadly i missed the window to move my characters over. This annoyed the crap out of me so i backed off again.

Now it's year 4, and i'm back! The game is in a decent state, plenty of Exotics to collect and Iron Banner is still as fun as ever. I find the concepts that have developed through the story and in this universe fascinating and i keep getting lost in Wiki pages. Great storytelling has led me to actually give a crap about this game, and the universe it's set in again. Great job there.
I've found a small group of friends i play with regularly and we're gearing up for our first Raid together! I was hoping we could play the VOG first because i must have completed it over a 100 times in my tenure on Destiny one. This will make it a familiar and nostalgic experience. All in all, this game is enjoyable but i feel like there are some negatives here too.

With age has also creeped in pointless micro transactions and constant money grabs. The season pass feels necessary when it should just elevate the gameplay. Grinding for cores and the like gets old very quickly and without the aforementioned season pass, it feels tiring. Big expensive expansions, while cool and add in new content, render the rest of the game almost unplayable without it. They're not cheap and there is no reason to ruin the poorer players experience because new content is suddenly out. At least give it a month or two before you roll that stuff out!

In summary - a good game, worthy of your time if you don't mind forking out constantly for non-constant content. Even with that in mind, Destiny 2 is worth trying for FREE! The mechanics are stupidly fun and grinding for gear to finally complete some goal like competing in Iron Banner or a smashing out a Raid with your friends is so addictive and rewarding.

Destiny 2 - 8/10

666 hours review because i play this game like i'm the devil incarnate. It's fun do to bad things.

It's a good game but modding makes it into a great game. Game of Thrones, Star Wars, Warhammer and Lord of the rings are just a few named total conversion mods that i highly recommend.

Bannerlord is great but this will always be the classic.

If you like grinding in a game that truly lives up to the sandbox experience, then you HAVE to grab Warband...and if you're anything like me, never let go.

Bannerlord crashes constantly, the Artificial Intelligence's intellect is rivalled only by garden tools,
the Empire factions dominate every game I've played so far, there are currently more bugs than looters in game and trade lacks any semblance of balance, this means making money is far too easy in the current build and when coupled with workshop and trade route exploits, making millions is ludicrously easily.

Despite all these issue, i love the game so darn much!
No, i don't mean "love it" like you love your Grandmother or something so trivial.

This is more like a crack addict and their relationship with crack.
Think Golem and his precious and you're in the ballpark.

I can't but probably should put it down. The longer i play the more rewarding the gameplay seems to become and just imagine when the total conversion mods come out.

If you call yourself a fan of RPG’s and you don’t own this game, then you don’t deserve to call yourself an fan of RPG. Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord is pinnacle of open world, sandbox RPGs.

Next step for me is to create my first Kingdom. Now wish me luck!

That's it...reviews done kid…why are you still here, why aren’t you buying it already?
