My only wish is that the entire game be voice acted. Maybe for ACT 2?

One of the best games out of the mid 90s. This and Chronotrigger should be on your list to play. Campy, different, and fun.

Quick Review of Early Access after hotfix 8.

This is a good game. If you like this genre it is worth your $40 cdn. Highly recommend.

Couple of notes though:
1. The AI is dumb. You can easily defeat enemies with very little skill. Terrain baffles the mobs and they become running idiots.
2. The combat move set is generic. If you are expecting a souls like experience you will be disappointed. It seems more align with Breath of the Wild or Valheim.
3. The game needs some quality of life additions like stack items in nearby chests commands, tick marks on the map to mark off where you have been, and a method to tell the time of day.

I eagerly await what is next on the horizon for this game. I did go through it single player and have completed all quests available. Some exploration achievements are needed to finish up the content however because there is no way to mark off the places I have visited as of yet it will be tedious. There is so much left to go in its development.

It's short. I finished in about 5 hours. Though there is a new game plus mode, and you will not have done all you can on your first go around. I would have liked more flexibility in the game, to play longer perhaps. However, with the perk for slowing time unlocked the game progresses pretty fast. Also, my family was super ungrateful, then my wife died.

I have played all the Farcry games including the spin-off Crysis games. I liked them at one time but now they are formulaic and boring!

The AI is virtually nonexistent. The core gameplay is repetitive and uninspired. Oh look, it's a bad guy because they have red on them, and good guys are plastered in blue. There is blue all over the "hidden" rebel camps to help you find them, though the red guys wander in from time to time.

It's a game about Cuba with some Venezuela references by people who have never been to either country. I am annoyed. It's like Ubisoft thinks we are all uneducated idiots who clap our hands at guns and blowing stuff up. Sure there are some cool elements but who gives a rats ass when everything else is recycled boring dribble.

God I can't even with this game.

I am having fun.

It's fun to struggle at first and then be far superior to anything thrown at you. I wish this had a Steam Workshop mode as the users could likely come up with some great stuff. There is no real replay value after finishing all the achievements. So yeah, good for a break from other games that require more of you and some button mashing.

I have been playing this game for a while now. The 1.0 release was so welcomed and sucked me right back in. I love this game and refuse to finish it because I don't want the adventure to end. The Dev is pushing out extra content and changes to help the game seem fresh. Grounded is worth every penny if you like this style of game.

Honestly, From Software can take off. Seriously, my game bracket is now so high that everything else is garbage to me. I had too much fun and new game plus is not going to cut it. There must be new content ASAP. I can't play other games because they suck so bad.

Don't play this game if you want to keep playing games. Ignorance of Elden Ring is bliss.
