It's what I expected from a proper sequel.

Killing Floor 2 builds on everything that KF1 was. And after watching their 2015 E3 showing at the PC Gaming Conference, I am even more excited for the future of this title.

The soundtrack is absolutely imaculate. I love metal, and this game provides. It fits very well with what happens in the game; which is blood, guts, and slow motion gun play. Spectacular.

Even playing in solo, it is entertaining, but it's much more fulfiling when playing with other people. More maps, more guns, more perks, and characters WILL be added! Even at this eary development, it is extremely fun to play.

Sidenote; At the E3 conference they showed off new blood and guts technology. So, even though dismembered limbs and blood decals cover the entire map RIGHT NOW... When they update the game with the new gut physics, the maps will literally be floating in gibs. I can't wait.

Did I mention dat soundtrack tho?

"Aw man, you cut the ponytail. *Sigh*... Sellout."

10/10 done. deal.

Though this game is WAY overdue, and apparently still not done... It deserves to be purchased with what it provides now.

It is a complete REMAKE, not a RESKIN of Half-Life 1. New voice overs, new everything... But it still feels like the game we all fell in love with all those years ago.

If you've ever wanted to play Half-Life 1 but couldn't get over the ghetto graphics or something... Or just want a fresh take on a classic game, Black Mesa WILL NOT dissapoint.

Despite my recommendation, I have to say that this game is only a recomendation to those who want to get into Civ, but don't like the theme of the originals.

Beyond Earth, as of right now, is a pretty bare bones Civilization game. If anything it feels like just a super beefy expansion to Civ 5 rather than a stand alone game.

I won't get into the intricacies of the game as other reviewers have done, since they've done it better and far earlier than I.

But I have to say that for me personally, the theme was enough to sell it to me. I've always wanted to get into Civilization because of all of its praise, and I did get Civ 5, and played 1 game. Literally 1 game. And I never touched it again. This is because of the theme. I am simply not partial to starting with sticks and ending with modern military. Or anything in between frankly. All the techs and flavor text is boring to me, and frankly hurts my head to read.

I'm much more of a fan of sci fi, I can connect to it easier and grasp it easier. So to simplify; this game is probably best suited for sci-fi fans who want to get into Civ. Civ fans should get it if they just want to have it. Otherwise, it's nothing really special compared to its older predecesors, though it is still a solid game in and of itself.

As of 07/14/15; I think this game is dead. Or will die very soon.

Very reminiscent of "No Man's Sky," a game I've been looking forward to since the moment it was announced.

Fantastic art style, very simple, but as Neil Armstrong said about the Luna, "It has a stark beauty of its own."
Simple menu's and UI
Seemless traveling, to/from orbit/surface of planet, between star systems

I love space. This gives me a great bed for simple gameplay with the enormities of space. I love how this game has started. I can see a long road ahead of it, but I hope it gets finished soon.

Things to note as of right now 10/19/14;

No customization of controls, or any keybindings for that matter, flying with standard controls takes some getting used to
Scaling of text is incorrect, sentences get cut off in windows
Crashes, lots of 'em, game is obviously unstable atm (First crash was 25 minutes into my first time playing)

Those are the biggest things I can personally think of, everything else seems a bit less important. But I'm sure there will be additions to optimization and shortcuts.

It's a fantastic idea, and initially, well implemented. Hope it see's Version 1.0's light of day.

Fantastic roguelike. Difficult, but rewarding. Great art style, always discovering new things every playthrough. It's almost scary how much crap can happen in the game.

Good game, plays nice, reminicent of Fallout. Some annoying things here and there, like no manual saves and there's not real weight to some of the choices you make in the game. But it's simple, easy to pick up and play, and the main story is nicely done.

But what's rad is the potential, with the mod tools, to give the community great power to make something amazing. I'll also try to make something for it too. :D
