incredible little indie game, great horror vibes, combat is fun, interesting mechanic with the third eye that lets you see different worlds

pros:
really makes you feel like robocop
fun shooting
looks great
its robocop's actual actor Peter Weller voicing him, he sounds awesome

cons:
no manual saving, you have to find a door to another area to force it to checkpoint if you want to save
very little background music or sound effects even during combat
voice acting for everyone who isnt robocop kinda sucks

just like overwatch!

our hero Seb is an idiot. a total buffoon. he forgets simple concepts almost immediately and has to constantly repeat the same questions over and over. youll see a plot point and guess the twist immediately, but Seb will be shocked at the revelation hours later.
"is this real or all in my head?" he ponders several times. honey its all in your head, did you forget you were put into a brain dream machine that sends you to a 100% mental world.
"how is this possible??" he wails at the improbable ghost nonsense happening around him. Seb baby its all imagination nightmare stuff. youve been through this before, remember?
"who are you???" he murmurs at the nurse, the same nurse he talked to hundreds of times during his previous adventure.
Seb is a dumbass and i love him. the game is fine i guess.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
constant stuttering, invisible enemies, audio not playing correctly, losing control of isaac, glitches out when leaving menus & getting killed
edit: i tried again and got quite far into the game, but the problems are still there. audio doesnt load in to the point where the scary music will kick in after ive killed the enemies that trigger it. theres save ruining bugs that cost hours of playtime. huge chunks of the level dont load in sometimes.
i have no problems with other recent high intensity games, like spiderman, god of war 2, or baldurs gate 3. this trash is unacceptable and the only reason i dont have a refund is that i bought this game in last year's steam sale.
