Summon the Elector Counts: Empire Campaign Mechanic

Description
Now available in Mortal Empires flavour!
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1193013133

Top Line:
This mod lets you appease the other Empire povinces, letting them be your vassal so long as you help them with their geopolitical goals. It also allows you to maintain the traditional Empire boarders with a new intuitive Region Gifting mechanic that works alongside Legitimacy.

Note:
This is no longer in Alpha. Keep feedback comming though!

A Short Story:
The emperor strolled through his private quarters in frustration. Why would they not come? He'd summoned the elector counts, as was right as Emperor, but evidently he had only won their loyalty in principle only.

He took a look of the map of the mighty lands that Sigmar had united and pondered.
Hochland plagued by the beastmen; Stirland is ever worried about their undead neighbours; Ostermark are struggling to cope with a rise of heretical cults; Nordland, frustrated by the continued independance of Marienburg; Averland's leader takes advice from his horse!!; Ostland weary of Norscan harrasment and Wissenland are forever agents of progress. Talabecland as ever, jostles for new territories & looks at the underdeveloped Altdorf with greedy eyes and speaking of eyes - Old Boris needed to be shown that the Emperor had the experience to rule despite his young age.

Yes, the Emperor would appease his Electors and they would follow his rule.

What this mod does:
When you perform certain actions you can appease an elector count which will allow you to instantly vassalise them. Once vassalised they will become defensive.

Province: Appeasement Condition.
Hochland: Defeat the Beastmen faction leader in battle. (do so in your own turn to avoid issues).
Ostland: Defeat a Norscan faction leader in battle. (do so in your own turn to avoid issues).
Averland: Deploy a captain in Averheim.
Wissenland: Construct an Engineers Workshop.
Talabecland: Construct Altdorfs level 4 city.
Nordland: Occupy The Wasteland.
Stirland: Occupy Eastern Sylvania.
Ostermark: Deploy a witch hunter in Bechafen.
Middenland: have your faction leader at rank 20+

Region Gifting.
There are now two tools you can utilise to try and maintain the ancient borders of the Empire provinces.

1. Sacking an Empire province will now return it to original owners. This should work alongside the "punish" option from Legitimacy.

2. A new Dilemma: Every now and again you will have the choice to retain all lands as they currently are, or to return Empire provinces to their rightful owners. This will happen to ALL regions owned by you or one of your vassals.

Yeah, I don't get any result from restoring the ancient borders either. Unsubscribed.

I'm using this mod along with legitmacy, however, nothing happens when I'm given the choice to restore the ancient borders. I also don't know how to gift settlements.

Hey Belisar, unfortunately I don't have the time to support my mods for Warhammer Game 1. All ym mods were stable and highly compatible at the time I last updated them - and should be so still. I cannot guarantee this however.

You mention this working alongside legitimacy. But is the legitimacy mod currently working? It was last update in April.

Also, do you know if these two mods are compatible with SFO and Cyrsnos' faction unlocker?

There was also mention of it not being compatible with the cyrsnos' submod allowing for more building slots?

Hey evo: no more plans to update the old world version of the mod. However this might be something I would consider adding to the Mortal Empires version!

Hey Rankein, this does not require that mod. However it should work alongside it if you wish.

Just a question, does this require the legitimacy mod?
