Travel Ring Open Cities

Description
The mod adds a ring and spell that lets you teleport to several locations in Skyrim and Solstheim from ANYWHERE (make sure you will not break a quest when you teleport), record the last place you've teleported from, and let you set a custom location.

This teleportation is instantaneous, unlike fast travel.
I made this for myself as I get annoyed when I can't fast travel from inside mines or dungeons, or if there are enemies nearby. I also didn't like the fact that fast travel took game time, as my mage should have some magical instant travel ability.

This has been done by people in other mods already; I just wanted to make my own version.

This version of the mod is compatible with most Open city mods (please let me know if you find an issue with an open city you are using).

Xb1 or SE versions are linked here:
Teleport Ring OC XB1 [bethesda.net]
Teleport Ring OC SE [bethesda.net]

Previous versions that are not compatible with open city mods are linked below.

New with Open Cites version
To accommodate most open city mods, I've moved all the teleport locations to outside the gates of "closed" cities. Additionally, to "unlock" a city you must discover the "stable" near that city. This is generally the place you would go to catch a cart ride to a city you haven't visited before. I have also added the following:
-A teleport location in Blackreach City.
-A chest with the book to the Ravenrock forge.
-The ability to set a custom teleport location.
-An expert conjuration spell version that is linked to the ring with a base cost of 75. Either the ring or spell can be used for teleportation, but only one custom location can be set.

Obtaining:
Open a chest located round the back of Whiterun stables or by the forge in Ravensrock.

BUGS:
1: I have not done anything about followers. They just teleport to the local fast travel point, unless one doesn't exist.

2: Be careful not to teleport when a quest requires you to be trapped. This WILL cause a crash, especially if it is a scripted opening scene like the attack on Helgen.

3: Using the ring to travel to a place you haven't visited yet has been blocked. However, you still need to be careful not to travel to locations that have been blocked by a quest (i.e. when you attack Windhelm or Whiterun)

REQUIREMENTS:
You must have Hearthfire, Dawnguard, and Dragonborn DLC installed.

Incompatible Mods:
Any open world or city mod that works major changes to the locations around a city, town, or stone.
I don't recommend using this ring with multi-ring mods as the "un-equip" part of the script can do strange things to other equipped rings.

UNINSTALL:
1: Make sure your game is saved inside a building.
2: Drop the ring out of your inventory.
3: Unsubscribe from the mod in the workshop.
4: Reload the save you just made and save your game again.

Without more information I can't help you.
My Skyrim works fine using only this mod, or as part of my main load order.
Part of my release process is to remove my changes and download the Steam version, and I had no issues during that test.
