Feature: transform gas giant into gaia world. To achieve this, you need to research the gas solidification technology, the voidborn perk and a transformation megastructure on the orbit of the target planet. This new tech requires Cold Fusion Power, Terrestrial Sculpting and Advanced Mineral Processing. Once the megastructure is built, you can start the transformation immediately.
