Old Fashioned Jump Drive

Description

This tiny mod brings ~~partially~~ the ver1.9 style jump drive back to the game. When activated, jump drive will only have a 15 day of cooling down, instead of the unbearable 120 days (or 200 days in ver2.02). But in order to balance the game playing, your fleet will suffer a 100% percent sub light speed penalty during the cooling, i.e., be completely frozen. BTW, i keep the 50% fleet power penalty untouched. So, use the jump drive wisely and enjoy a faster intersystem journey!

Note: since this mod overwrite some files about jump drive cooling, it may not be compatible with other mod relate to the jump drive.

@Spesh it was once in the 06_static_modifiers_apocalypse.txt, but now it doesn't work anymore

I've noticed my fleets aren't getting frozen when they jump, just slowed. I think this is because the 100% speed reduction is an additive effect, and my fleets have more than 200% sublight speed. (eg, say my fleet has 230% sublight speed, it jumps and gets -100% sublight speed. The fleet ends up at 130% sublight speed instead of 0% as intended)

Could you do another version with a much larger sublight speed reduction (say like 10000% or something ridiculous)? Maybe a 30 day cooldown too?

Telling me how to edit the cooldown and penalty would be great too, if you're too busy to do it.

The past tense of freeze is "frozen", it's just one of those words that ignores the rules.
