Hard Earned Districts - Marvin Seo Patch

This mod expands hero tags for all 5 of Marvin Seo's hero mods so that they are linked to two districts just like how it's done in the Hero Expansion of Hard Earned Districts and slightly edits Marvin Seo's Amphitheater district. There is also a brand new district exclusive to this mod.

This mod does not require Hard Earned Districts but it is highly recommended that you install it because this mod was balanced around having that installed.

Amphitheater - Lamia, Thrall
+10% Healing Skills
+10% Stress Healing
+10% Debuff Skill Chance
+10% Move Skill Chance
+10% Stun Skill Chance

1. Based on how districts and upgrades in general work, uninstalling this mod is very risky. Once you build a district, the buffs will remain in the game forever because there is no way to "un-build" things. Install this mod with caution if you don't plan on using it long term.
   
2. This does not require all 5 hero mods. You can use any of the heroes and this mod will still work.
   
3. If you have mods that edit the Abomination and still want to use them then you can place those mods above all HED mods and add the appropriate tags to the Abomination's .info file.
