Realistic Power

Description
Implements "realistic" power system in Rimworld.
Current version: 1.3.0.1

- Most power consumers (like work benches) consume power only when them in use.
- Power consumers like electric smelter or electric crematorium consume small amount of power even if them not in use.
- Facilities like multi-analyzer or vitals monitor consume power only when them in use.
- Turrets consume less power when idling (adjustable in mod settings).
- By default it works in realistic mode. In this mode power consumers like heaters, coolers, benches, turrets, radars, moisture pumps, and drills requre in 10 times more power (compared with vanilla) when in use.
- You can adjust power use of all power consumers moving "Global power consumption" slider.
- Lamps (most) automatically turm off if no humanlikes in the room and turn on if any humanlike enters in the room. Disabled by default. Enable in mod settings.
- Outdoor lamps (most) automatically turn off at day and turm on at night. Disabled by default. Enable in mod settings.
- Production buildings will automatically switch off when batteries charge go less then defined value (10% by default). You can change this in Mod Settings. Set to 0 to disable.

Should support (almost) all energy consumers added by mods.

Mod order: not important. Mod start loading only when game load all other mods.

P.S. I will never publish my mods in more than one place. Don't ask about that - my answer is NO. But you can feel free publish any my mods in other places by yourself. Just please do not give out my mods as yours.
About mods compilations - I don't mind but please inform me.

There are several alternatives which do something similar that have been updated:

* LightsOut (Pawns turn lights off when they're the last ones leaving a room & workbenches enter standby mode.)
* Turn It On and Off
* Turn It On and Off - RePowered
* RePower Patch Pack

I get insane lags, down from 70-80 to 10-15 fps, if i got this mod enabled. Not sure why. Shame, this mod was exactly what I was looking for.

There's a glitch or something with Rainbeau's Fertile Fields [1.0], the electric compost barrel never works, i assume because it thinks someone should be at the "station" before giving it power. would that be this mod or fertile fields causing this issue?

@Zapp Brannigan sadly I didn't, I just disabled this mod for now. I might take a look at its resource files at a later date.

@Keikie how did you solve your issues with Climate control? I am running into issues with any and all temperature related mods while using this mod.
