First Samnite war & Polybian reform

Description
Greetings! This mod takes you in 343 BC when Roman Republic became stronger and bigger (+ 5 new regions) after Camillus rule. Rome starts now with reformed troops such as Principes and Triarii. Moreover you can make Polybian reform and upgrade almost all units to the type when Grand Campaign starts! (see screenshots)

Also Sparta made playable as historical expedition in Rise of the Republic campaign with total 10 units and more authentic reskin!
Moreover my mod adds 12 turns per year and makes Carthage and Lucani playable with full secession mechanics and adds 8 mercs units for Syracuse recruitment pool!

You can use this mod as stand alone, but if you want to play with 8 special units for Sparta (such as swordsmen), 10 for Carthage in ROTR campaign, get 500+ new units for all factions, AOR, 50+ new mercenaries, great battles and much more - Subscribe to REM Gold Edition!

First Samnite War (343-341 BC) was the first of three clashes between Rome and the Samnite hill tribes. The first war broke out as a result of a Samnite attempt to expand to the west.

In the year 343 BC Taras, who suffered from attacks of Lucanes, turned to his metropolitan Sparta for help. Spartan king Archidamos III recruited an army, mostly from Phocisan mercenaries who had remained idle after the end of the Holy War, and then went to Tarentum.

*You can use reskinned Spartan vanilla units in Grand and WOS campaigns!

**REM's spartan heavy units can be recruited only in cities Taras, Potentia and Syracuse! (AOR)
