This collection is based of Eiichiro Oda's manga titled One Piece. It features several civilizations and leaders that are based off characters from the series, including protaganist Monkey D. Luffy.

Potential Problems: Sometimes Steam doesn't completely install the mod into Civ 5(not showing up in you downloaded mods). If this happens, follow these steps:

1. Unsubscribe from the mod(s) that have the problem.
2. Exit Steam and Civ 5.
3. Go to C:\Users\<user>\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache and delete Civ5ModsDatabase to reset the listed mods.(Won't delete your current mods).
4.Rerun steam and Civ 5 and resubscribe to the mods.

Also, Multiplayer for mods is not available for Civ 5, despite the option in the mods menu. I have checked the Allow Multiplayer option in the mods, and when Civ 5 allows modding in multiplayer, these mods will work as well.
