This is a retinue mod that adds 3 new retinue unit types for the Mali Empire (West African).

Mandekalu
> West African counterpart of knight
> 150 heavy cavalry, 100 light cavalry
> heavy cavalry offense and defense +10%, morale +20%

Elephant Caravan
> 200 pikemen, 20 war elephants
> pikemen offense and morale +10%
> war elephants offense, defense, and morale +30%

Camel Caravan
> 200 pikemen, 100 camel cavalry
> pikemen offense and morale +10%
> camels offense and morale +20%

Compatible with other retinue mods as this only adds new retinue types.

You're correct, least in West Africa they did not use Elephants in war, i'm guessing this was added mainly coz it's kind of cool? Which is fine. What is missing here though is a light cav version retinue. They also didn't use camel cavalry in West Africa, it was basically, elite cavalry plus archers, and guys with spears. So maybe the author replace the camel cavalry with a light cav retinue with pikes.

Hey, handy mod for a mali play, thought i'd mention that ingame the names are mixed up, the retinue with war elephants is called Camel Caravan and the one with Camels is called Elephant Caravan
