DeI - Dynamic Combat Speed

Description
Hi,

This is the offical DeI 1.3.4 submod for dynamic combat speed

Changes:
-increased weapon damage by 40%
-increased move, run and chargé speed for all units
-due to higher damage, more kill animations will trigger

Combat speed very close to vanilla.

Usually I would have done the update like few minutes after we updated main mod but...I felt asleep trying to get my daughter to sleep so I had to do the update next day :D

Thanks Kam. First time I had crash on loading game or made a report. Appreciate all the work you and the rest of the team have done to update the game. Will await an update next time.

It had to be updated, which I did a minute ago.

Game crashes from today and having worked through mods it appears that it is this particular mod that causes the crash. All other mods do not cause a crash and are all above 3 main DEI mods.
