1. I probably should allow Awakened Xenophile act as if they have that perk for purposes of rights selection.
2. In vanilla, Awakened Fallen Empires won't take ascension perks
I have a mod to fix this Awakened Empire Tradition/AP + Genemod/Terraforming Use . (There is another version of the mod which does not allow terraforming and genemodding, but without that they will never take the gene modding perks because they can't genemod :P)
Note when I say a FE "can" choose an option, that means literally only "the choice is not grey'ed out for them". Not that will choose that. They still make a choice based on ethics. Same with custodian.
Also, FEs are still bound by the restrictions of their ethics. I just made that clear in the mod description.
Overwriting a pop category in a new file breaks political influence bonuses from living standards. :/
Well, I guess I need to add a new file to the vanilla overwrites list then.
Could you check two things for me.
1. Can you check if workers get the expected political influence, or do they get base?
2. When you select a ruler pop and look at the pop's information at the side, does say for its strata "ruler" or "precursor"?
