@TechSY730 Is this and the AP fix compatible with 3.4? Or are have they been applied in the base game or another popular mod?

And finally, Xenophile will choose to assimilate Gestalts to sapient if they have taken the Evolutionary Mastery AP. However:
1. I probably should allow Awakened Xenophile act as if they have that perk for purposes of rights selection.
2. In vanilla, Awakened Fallen Empires won't take ascension perks
I have a mod to fix this Awakened Empire Tradition/AP + Genemod/Terraforming Use . (There is another version of the mod which does not allow terraforming and genemodding, but without that they will never take the gene modding perks because they can't genemod :P)

@TurtleShroom Xenophile should never be getting rid of pops except for the gestalt cases mentioned above.
Note when I say a FE "can" choose an option, that means literally only "the choice is not grey'ed out for them". Not that will choose that. They still make a choice based on ethics. Same with custodian.

Also, FEs are still bound by the restrictions of their ethics. I just made that clear in the mod description.

Why wouldn't Xenophile and Custodian (Non-Berserk) Fallen Empires simply grant Gestalt Pops agency? The player can do that. Why can't a Fallen Empire?

Why would the non-Berserk and Xenophile Empires ever harm or get rid of their Pops, even in an emergency?

Great Mod Thanks!

@dostillevi Ok, it should be fixed now

Nevermind, found the issue.
Overwriting a pop category in a new file breaks political influence bonuses from living standards. :/

Well, I guess I need to add a new file to the vanilla overwrites list then.

Hmm, that's strange.

Could you check two things for me.

1. Can you check if workers get the expected political influence, or do they get base?
2. When you select a ruler pop and look at the pop's information at the side, does say for its strata "ruler" or "precursor"?

Also to note, specialists are getting the expected bonuses.

This mod appears to be altering the happiness and political influence of regular empire rulers when those rulers belong to a stratified economy. They should be getting a happiness boost and a large political influence boost, but they instead have the base value.. no bonus to happiness from stratification and no bonus to influence. I tested with all other mods disabled.

@Spider It should be; it doesn't override any of the same vanilla files.

Is this compatible with Twink's Playable Fallen Empires? If it is, this mod is a godsend.
