Lunar-Panel Fringe

Description
My 7th map.

This is definitely an attempt to do things a little differently. The map's shape is vaguely (considering it's the PeTI) based on a Duke 3d stage that I happened to really like when I was younger. I have tried to make the theme around the two tractor-beams. I have also manage to even place an Easter Egg in this one, even though this time I tried much more to keep the neccessary puzzle elements straightforward (and not get 'carried away' with creating a crazy path through the test :P ).

I'm guessing it is about medium-easy difficulty, I can't tell yet, but I do hope everyone enjoys it. ^^

Also would like to say that in the original builds of this map, those portal-able panels were not actually there in front of the speed gel.

Went back and change even more things. The flip-panels are meant to be for getting back up more quickly, so I'm not changing those. Also the companion cube was meant to be an easter egg (and was clearly labeled as that in the description), so I've completely hidden it from being visible until you actually reach it, but I'm not going to remove the companion cube. Now speed gels are not lined up with the white panels, so I'm hoping there shouldn't be any confusion with thinking a speed-gel jump is necessary.

I appreciate your feedback. Made some small changes based on it.

Wow, this one made me think. Not because of the puzzle level, but because a lot of unnecessary things. The speed gel against the portal-able panels made me think I was going to do a jump. The flip panels reinforced that idea, otherwise why have them flip? The companion cube + switches made me think I needed to activate the switches to move on.

So a lot of erroneous data which makes the puzzle seem harder than it actually is. I don't know if I should praise you or bonk you on the head. I'll leave it at that.

Made a new map. Much appreciation for any feedback. :)

Made an update to shrink the map a bit, hopefully making the walking-distance a little better. No worries in replaying it if you already have, my changes to this and the lighting shouldn't make things too much different if you beaten it before. Mostly wanted to make it smaller and to put lighting cues for the test in there, everything else is mostly the same.

Cool, you found it! :)

Yeah, I disliked the size more and more myself and honestly didn't mean to create a 'palace' worth of footwork in the beginning :P, I may try to change that if I do another update.
Also, if you mean the speed gel down below they don't have to be used to complete the test, I just put those there to move more quickly underneath the first floor . I promise I will work on the size of the actual movement necessary in my next stage. Thank you very much for the feedback. :)

Ah, now I see how to get the companion cube. Nice.

Very nice looking chamber! Required a bit of exploration to see the whole of level1 (LOL! Huge! You should try reducing the size of your chambers. Just my opinion though. =P)
Couldn't find any use for the speed gels though. All I needed was the 2 tracter beams. I will try to post a video of my playthrough, if I can.
