[Combat] AI no longer cheats in battles

Summary: Removed AI bonuses/maluses granted from different difficulty levels in combat.




Detail: Why use this mod, you say? For the first time in the franchise, TW:3K boasts different AI behaviors during battles depending on the AI difficulty. The difference between normal and hard is confirmed, difference between hard and beyond is not yet confirmed.

So you should play this mod at the hardest battle difficulty to enjoy the smartest AI without its combat bonuses.
