[Combat] Records mode fatigue system in Romance mode

Description

Summary: Use the Records mode values of fatigue in the Romance mode. Results in longer combat with the fatigue being more important. I made the mod because I liked Records mode combat better yet didn't want to give up on individual heroes either.

Patch 1.70 introduced new fatigue and morale system (less hit damage, more morale cost when fatigued, new "terror" state for units). If this mod is updated, it needs to be balanced for the new 1.7 patch.

翻译一下,我理解的是楼主把史实模式下的疲劳速度放在了演绎模式下. 楼主更喜欢史实模式下易疲劳的设定. 这使得抗疲劳属性在演绎模式下更加重要.
现在演绎模式下的疲劳度衰减跟演绎模式下相同.

Could you do the opposite too ? A mod for records with romance fatigue ? I dont like OP characters , but also dislike how easy are the units in records exhausted.
