Description
Grants the final tier of governments (information/future era) added by Gathering Storm the unique policies which were previously only available in certain tier 3 governments. Losing access to these policies discouraged upgrading to the final level of governments.

This mod ensures that not only do you get to keep the policies with the right government choice, but also gives tier 4 governments access to more of these special policies overall. Each information era government can now use three of these exclusive policies - the same two as their "spiritual predecessor" as well as one policy previously exclusive to a government of a different class.

  • Synthetic Technocracy can use Defense of the Motherland, Collectivization, and New Deal.
  • Digital Democracy can use Their Finest Hour, New Deal, and Third Alternative.
  • Corporate Libertarianism can use Martial Law, Third Alternative, and Defense of the Motherland.

Hello, I am running into the same problems as others are having- when I put in my New Deal card as a Technocratic government it proceeded to disappear and leave the slot open. Luckily I had an autosave so I was able to fix it, but anything I can do?

Had the policy lock up happen to me with the tier 4 government. as karasawidis had. Found the way around it was to force the end of turn (shift-enter)a and then when the next civic attained the policy screen is intractable. There definitely some sort of issue though as Tier IV policy cards just show the tags and not the actual text (I use extended policy cards so that may be the cause of the added policy card not showing correctly)

Every time I am put third alternative and new deal in my gorverment both policies disappear out of gorverment and leave a hole. Then the game ask me to set my policies and i can't interact with it anymore.

I thought I was alone, I'm also losing access to switch policy cards and government types in the late game.

Same here, but I don't have Extended Policy Cards. The government panel stopped showing up in the late game, probably around Cultural Heritage too

Same thing happened to me, but it was when I switched to a Tier 4 Government.

Anyone running into an issue where, after researching Cultural Heritage, the Governments panel becomes completely locked down? Makes it so you can't swap governments/policy cards.

I DO have the Extended Policy Cards mod on, and haven't tested out each mod solo yet (as... that requires a play-through to Cultural Heritage which takes a long time).

Figured I'd ask here first just in case?
